This brine has been one part of my annual Thanksgiving for the last 3 years, and no one else is allowed to make the turkey anymore! Worth a try for sure if you’re on the fence.

Followed the recipe and let my turkey set uncovered in the fridge to dry out after brining with this stuff. My refrigerator smells so good every time I opened it and the flavor of the bird after cooking was unbelievable. I will definitely use this stuff again next year.

This year we tried this brine and were very pleased with the results. The turkey was juicy and had great flavor. We didn't inject it and used a light coat of black pepper on the skin and inserted a few sprigs of rosemary inside the carcass. We will get this brine again next year as the results we were thrilled with the results.

This brine is a very good mix of flavors that really penetrated our turkey! The only change I'd make is to half the kosher salt added to the brine as the turkey absorbed the salt the most of all. So much so that the turkey gravy didn't need any salt added.
