“This heat diffuser with a removable panel enables the YS640S to sear food over an open flame. Another benefit is the opening allows for a hand hold during removal of the diffuser for cleaning, the original heat diffuser is somewhat unwieldy and hard to grip for removal. The new diffuser fits perfectly. This is the first accessory anyone with a YS640S will want.”
