“I purchased this because Chef Tom uses it often and raves about it. Maybe I'm not enough of an epicurean to appreciate it it. I don't get any specific flavor. It does a good job of lubricating the grill surface to prevent food sticking but it's difficult to use because the spray nozzle clogs. For me, it's a lot more expensive than the traditional spray oils without offering anything special.”

“If you have an air fryer, this product simply makes the crispiest hand cut fries ever. It’s not for every food such as grilled meats, but a total home run on fries. I’m eager for try it on other things.”
