“All Things Barbque... Easy to talk with, great advice. I ordered online. Even in the dead of winter temps below zero, they shipped the next business day. No excuses, just great service. The Prestige 500 is a beast! Packed extremely well. All parts just fall together. If you are going to get 1, my suggestion is to watch a build / assembly video there are lots. Going to be a great dinner here tonight! Follow up... Great grill! Cooked som filets,,, WOW! Seared them beautifuly”

“We have bought a couple of grills from big box stores. They last a couple of years, then need major repair due to cooking unevenly and flair-ups. It has cost us more money than we would like to admit. Our new Napoleon Grill is FANTASTIC! It cooks evenly and is made with very durable materials. I know that we are going to get many years of great grilled food out of this Grill!!”

“I love mine so much. Assembly was a bit of a chore, due to tiny details in the drawings being hard to see. Plus, some yellow zip toes get cut but some don't... so that's confusing. But as far as function goes, it's the best grill I've ever owned. Cooking on it is a dream! My neighbors are jealous.”
