“So far, I am very impressed! Have been using it several times a week and works exactly as advertised and the Sear Side Burner is AWESOME! Very well built and easy to assemble. My only complaint is the instructions for the assembly could be a bit more detailed. There were a spot or two where the pictures could have been more precise.”

“Casters cheap plastic. Bottom of grill will not stay adjusted for a good fit on doors. Light gage metal. Top of grill and grates built heavier and better. Not what I expected for price.”

“I bought my Napoleon P500RSIB about a year ago from All Things Barbecue about a year ago and I couldn't be happier! The grill is an excellent performer. I've found that if i turn the sear zone to a bit lower than maximum, it gives me more control on searing rather than burning. I've used the grill as an outdoor oven for a number of things and it keeps the inside of our house free from smoke and grease. I haven't used the rotisserie yet, but I plan to do so soon! Derrick was my salesman and he and the whole staff at ATBBQ have been so helpful. I love the videos that Chef Tom Jackson puts out on YouTube...they're world class! Call me a fanboy!”

“After years of big box store grills, I finally bit the bullet and bought something good. With the warranty offered, I figure this grill will last a long while. Well built and while there were a lot of pieces and parts, the assembly instructions were easy to follow. Puts out great heat, and I love the sear station for steaks. Highly recommended”

“Well after many hours of comparing BBQs Weber Char broil etc I picked the 500. All I can say is wow whata great bbq. The sizzle zone makes great streaks the back buner for rotisserie is amazing the lighting system for the burners very easy. It cooks with ease yet food comes out perfect. Well built and if you like to q get it. There is also a Facebook page for people who have bought them and they food they make so cool”
