“I recently bought my second YS640 as we now have a retirement home as well as out main home. I ordered this smoker with the grease shield, and imidetly understood the logic, for this addition to the smoker. I promptly order another grease shiel to put on my older unit, as I found out much it helps with keeing the smoker clean. Like everything from Yoder it is engineered, and built very well. Thank you for building such fine equipment.”
