“Too new to really evaluate othe than is fits nicely and appears to be the perfect solution to grease and oil spilling down the front of the smoker. Nice piece of heavy stainless and should last for years”

“Wasn't sure I would need this as my new Yoder 640 had a flange welded on the inside of the door to redirect drippings back into the pit. Tried the new pizza oven the other night for the first time and very glad I had this installed. First try was a disaster (not enough flour). The grease shield caught what was left of my pizza and toppings. Cleaned up very easily whereas if this weren't there, I would have had a bear of a time cleaning the front of the pit!”
