The Cattleman’s Grill Butcher House Brine gave my steaks an amazing flavor. I followed the directions your chef suggested and the steaks came out great.

I used the Cattleman's Grill Butcher House Brine as a dry brine on some strip steaks (like the video) and they turned out great! Tender and tasty.

Used it to brine pork loin chops and they were absolutely delicious and juicy. Now I'm ordering the big bag.

I'm big on brining pork and chicken. This is probably my 5th or 6th time using a different brine mixture. This one is awesome. Sure I always add a few more things (orange peel or lemon peels.etc.) but I think this is my go to brine mixture now.

Used this for TURKEY....never in my life have I had a juicer turkey. I had to put a pan underneath the counter to catch all the juices so they wouldn't go to waste (although my dog spent the next day cleaning the floor). ALso used for chicken lollipops....followed chef Toms recipe and came out amazing.

Used for first time last weekend. Made "grilled chicken wings" and they came out great. In fact I'm going to order some more of Cattleman's Grill Brine this weekend.
