“Although this product is sold as a brine mixture, I have really loved using it as a dry rub on beef steaks and Dino ribs. Adding cracked pepper on top of this rub, kicks up the enjoyment. Not overly salty ( a good thing).”

“Be sure to try this with the smoked tri-tip recipe from ATBBQ with Chef Tom that turns into a chopped beef sandwich. I have fed 4 and I have fed 60 with it and everyone always loves it.”
