Our presets are an immediate digital download that cannot be un-downloaded, therefore they are non-refundable. The cost of our products at the moment of purchase is fixed, and we do not offer partial refunds for sale prices that were offered outside the time of your purchase.” This is inclusive of partial refunds for sales (or, in this case, an extra sale on top of a pre-existing sale).
We do our best to offer the BEST prices we can on our products, and if we decide to offer additional flash sales, they don’t apply to any previous purchases, or purchases made right after the flash sale ends - only purchases during the flash sale time window. I’m not sure where you read that purchases made ‘within two weeks’ qualify you for a partial refund, perhaps another brand?
