We think giving a gift should be a personal experience for the giver as well as the receiver, from the lightbulb moment when you discover the perfect gift, to the tear in the receiver
“I paid extra to have Atlas and I to focal point the location of the postcode that I gave them. When the print arrived there were just the letters H I R E across the centre of the print which looked absolutely ridiculous when with live in the county of CHESHIRE. It completely spoilt what would have been a nice print otherwise. I was unable to give it as a gift to my daughter's boyfriend for his 18th birthday present. I am hoping that if Atlas and I do the right thing and send me a replacement digital print that I may still be able to use the product. Very disappointed with the customer service from this company indeed.”
