“I like the taste of the water but I don’t like that the water comes out too warm, even during winter months. I have to chill the water in the fridge. I’m wondering if the water gets hot while sitting in the black storage tank. Can it be hooked up directly to water lines and bypass the black storage tank/container?”

Hi there! I understand we were able to figure out that you have a heating duct under your kitchen sink that is heating up everything in the cabinet. We haven't run into that problem before. You may want to try to insulate the AquaLiv components so they can't absorb as much heat.

“We love it. Great tasting water. So thankful I found this. We purchased a home in a area the water sometimes has an odd smell we are on county water. I use this system for cooking, our tea and coffee. I have hypothyroidism and recently developed Hashimoto's. Doing everything I can to remove fluoride, etc. from my body.”
