“I have been buying golden Linseed Flaxseed for a few years now to keep the arthritis symptoms low. Very good to prevent inflammation. I used to have fish oil but found the Linseed is sufficient. I ground the seeds myself at home and once grounded I keep it in the fridge. I put a dessert spoon on my cereal each morning. No taste at all. So great product!”
