“Diagnosed in 1998 as an acute Coeliac and finding a great load of bread since is nigh impossible. I used this product in 20/2021 after finding it on the Sunshine Coast and since late 2021 have been using Helgas Soy and Linseed, but lucky to get a loaf every month here in the Isa, and now ordering 10 boxes at a time,and it is real bread, great taste and lasts well. I use the 7g yeast packet but can only get it to rise/complete at 3/4 inces high. BUt still teh best. Thankyou YesYouCan.”
