“Great quality tea with Valerian added for a pre-bedtime drink that you can add honey and a slice of lemon if you so wish. Either way, it is an excellent product to calm your mind in the evenings before sleep. In todays mad world it is a great way to relax and unwind and doesn't make you drowsy so you can enjoy it at anytime of the day if you so wish. I will order again, thanks for a great product.”
