“In 2009 I purchased Kangoroo Slouch Hat when visiting Sidney. Unfortunately the hat got lost during a holiday in the US. Luckily I was able to order two new ones (exactly the same, for my wife and myself) as the hat proved to be very comfortable to wear. The ordering process was smooth, however it took the customs three weeks to clear the package... The end result: We are very satisfied to be able to wear the new hats!”
