“I have been buying these for years, but the quality this year is sub-standard. One red and one blue had to be replaced as the arms were faulty on arrival The springs on rhem all appear to be weak and I don't expect them to last long. Also PLEASE STOP MARKETING THEM AS PENS. THEY ARE NOT PENS AS YOU CANNOT WRITE WITH THEM. THEY ARE JUST A TOY.”
“I have emailed with a complaint about this. I got this shipped to Ireland to my nephew. The exterior of the pen is working fine however the inside isn’t, it won’t write, it won’t light up the wiring is broken, everything inside it is broke! Over all really dissatisfied with it as my nephew was so excited about it!”
