“Firstly I was sent he wrong book - The Gold Coast, nicely packaged in bubble wrap. When the correct book arrived the plastic bag it was packed in was so tight I had to split it with the scissor only to find all the corners were bent. Embarrassing for me as it was a gift for my friend moving back to NZ. I did write and point this out and enclosed a photo and got no response. The book itself was very good despite it not looking new.”
