It is absolutely not normal for that to be the case, and there is actually a number of reasons this could be happening which we would love to discuss with you further. Eg: Pump size/speed, settings. Its an awesome product, everything is great, i just upgraded the shower head as my kids like to play in the shower and they use all the water too fast, so i upgraded to a Trigger type shower head instead of a switch ( so they have to hold it down lol) .”
