“Probably the remote may be of good quality but the 2 meter cable isn't long enough for my install. phoned customer service but don't have any longer cable. Asked if I could buy a second cable to help me out. "Sorry haven't got any spare cables!!!" customer service not really interested in my problem. Really disappointed as had heard great reviews of Kickass! probably won't put myself in that predicament in the future.
