“Incorrectly advertised outlet size with poor attachment points. Pump inlet/outlet is a very strange size with pretty average connections. Originally advertised as 10mm, which I see is now changed to 9.5mm. This size is hard to find a good selection of connections and adapters for depending on your intended use. After ringing aus direct for assistance after having the pump leak or burst off the hose from the outlet I was told that “everyone usually uses the 90 deg elbows” that came with the pump. The issue here is that the elbow adaptors actually require an 8mm flexible so I had to change my whole setup and I was reducing from or down to the 10mm already. The elbows are barbed but are very difficult to clamp on due to no space behind the Barb. After much work and ordering for adaptor parts online, our set up lasted five days before again bursting the hose off the outlet. Very very disappointed.”
