“Definitely rich. very very full bodied flavour, great character. Chose to secondary ferment in a second fermenter with a champaign yeast. Got the ABV right up to 13.4% it was richer with very toffeeish and was still quite sweet. Will throw some plumbs with my next one and see what happens. Easy 5 Stars.”
