“We wanted to convert old worn out down facing sconces with selections from Avalanche Ranch. I found a couple of these upward facing ones to fit the bill. We put in 6W LED candlebra style lamps in warm white on a dimmer. They no do exactly what we want by illuminating the ceiling and proving ambient light in the master bedroom without being "in your face". The quality exceeds our expectations. The only drawback to our decision is people who want to read in bed need to use the headlamps from the headboard......which for me is exactly what I want them to do. Full disclosure, since finding ARL online, our entire home has been pretty much converted to their lighting fixtures. Our neighbors and guests rave about them.”
