“Im exstremely happy with this product. I bought some hanging lites or my kitchen to mountain bear they hung by an exstending rod, the rods were much to long, and could not be shortened enough, that i think you need to something about, i cut the pipes shorter took out the center piece then drilled a hole with a drill press thru the pipes and put a cotter pin thru right at the base of the lamp, you cannot see it at all it worked out good, otherwise i think you should do something with this situation, with a normal 8-9 ft ceiling this rod is no good, unless its hanging over a dining room table, otherwise it doesnt work. .otherwise im exstremely happy with the product and i will be ordering some more lights shortly.”
