“I needed a repair. I followed your instructions for scheduling a repair and had NO service. I waited for over an hour for your live chat. My email received a non-helpful response in 24 hours. Mt second email was never answered. I finally posted on Facebook that I need a response from your company.
Then I was helped by a wonderful person.
Your official instructions for obtaining a repair were not helpful and extremely frustrating. The person who answered my email was not helpful and appeared to intend to answer me once every 24 hours, at 2330. I spent 2 days accomplishing what should have taken 20 minutes. You appear to not value my business or my time. While greatly valuing your employees time.
I have no respect for your company's customer service. The watch is lovely but is not very old and should not have broken easily.
Your company's lack of caring for me as a customer and lack of response when I wrote to say I was not receiving help are unacceptable.
If I could I would rate your customer service and your company's integrity as a negative 5.
Your product is very lovely, however, your management is not.
