“My boyfriend loves the look and feel of the watch. I was very excited to give it to him for his birthday last year. It turned out to be defective, which in and of itself was embarrassing for me. The frustrating piece is that you cannot speak to anyone at the company directly. They relay on chat which they don’t answer right away or consistently. In addition, I was asked to send them $40 so they could fix the situation. What? I pay you to fix a situation you caused? Got it! So needless to say, I do not recommend purchase of a watch from this company as they are not easy to work with.”
