“Love this watch. It's the perfect blend of Natural tone with the wood frame, and elegance with the marble background and leather band.
Customer service has been helpful as well, when I first received the watch it seemed ok, and wore it only once or twice. Within a couple weeks I noticed the time was off and went to reset it, only to realize the minute and hour hand were affixed together, and wouldn't / couldn't tell the proper time.
I contacted the company and they asked me to send back to fix, they ended up replacing it. Overall an easy process. Hopefully the replacement is good a much longer time!
