“My product arrived defective with a broken clasp and Chronographic timer. When I pulled my watch out of the package it sounded like a cheap piece of metal and not something I had paid hundreds of dollars for.
I checked the website's return policy and followed the instructions. I went to USPS to send it back and even paid for shipping. I wrote an email explaining my disappointment and shared the tracking information all just to be told I was not eligible for a return. Fortunately, I had taken screenshots of the return policy because the company went to great lengths to then change its policy on its website to avoid having to provide me with a refund. They even tried to say that products purchased using a discount code were ineligible for return! Honestly, the most disappointing product and customer service experience I have ever received.”

It is important to clarify that we have a strict policy when it comes to personalized orders. Not only was the order personalized but also any item bought on sale is also final sale which is clearly stated on our return policy.
We warranty all our watches against any mechanical or physical defect with in the first two years and offered to repair or replace the watch free of charge.
Because the customer was unsatisfied with the solution we offered we did finally agree to refund the order which she failed to mention.
