“The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because although we loved the watch! They both were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. But one of the watches was not functioning correctly. I’ve emailed you guys about my husband’s watch over a week now and inform that the seconds hand doesn’t work and I still haven’t heard anything back from you guys! There’s no 800 number to call and speak with someone and all I can read in your site is to mail the watch back to exchange but if you guys haven’t replied to my email why would I ship back a watch I paid over $100 dollars to not hear back from you guys. This is very unprofessional and upsetting. Please contact me thank you!”
