“I bought this for an anniversary gift for my bf. It is a pretty watch; however, the watch kept coming undone. The clasp was not holding the watch in place. I was not happy about that. Kind of embarrassing as If I bought a super cheap watch. I contacted customer service. They did send me a replacement clasp ( idk if that is working yet) but it did take almost a month to receive it and I had to reach out via email to remind them to send it. I’m happy I was sent a replacement, although the fact that I had to get one doesn’t make me happy. Idk if I will purchase any other products from this company again.”
