“I received the watch and while it’s beautiful, it doesn’t run. I contacted the seller on Facebook messenger, never received Ana phone number to call. I then got a message stating someone should be in contact band that never happened. This was a gift and surprise for my partner and it ruined the moment. Why isn’t there a phone number or good customer service especially when I provided my contact info? Extremely disappointed.”
“My fiancé put the watch on and it kept un buckling as soon as he would move his hand around it would hit the button to un buckle it.
Very poor choice to have it unbuckle that way.
He can’t even wear the watch and I spent $150 on it.

“It arrived with a very noticeable chip, I expected the back peice to be wood and engraved but it was metal and more of a stamped look to the writing. It’s still a nice looking watch just not what I was expecting.”
