“1) New purchase: Prices were competitive. Product shipment was extremely quick. I was kept informed of shipment status. 2) Repair request on my old unit: Email response from AV Now was quick and I was directed as to process. Telephone assistance on repair was extremely helpful. After discussion I was directed to email page to complete repair request and given the necessary # to add to the request.”

“Our cycle studio was totally without a microphone for a few weeks while we waited for another company to determine whether our original microphone was warranted. Once I ordered the microphone from AV Now through Amazon, email responses and shipment were prompt, customer service was very courteous, and the microphone was recieved in 3 days! Thanks AV Now”

“I cannot say enough about the phenomenal customer service I have received from AvNow. I am just one single fitness instructor, not a big company, and the team at Av Now has made me feel just as important as any big account they might have. I have ordered mics, tune belts, wind screens, battery testers, among many other products and even had the chance to talk to one of their techs about the stereo system at the gym I teach.
