“This is the second Shure SM-31FH that we have purchased. The original unit has been good and we went with this unit again. Solid product and is holding up well although not as heavily used as the new one we purchased. Will be part of our headset rotation to cut down on wear and tear.”

“The Shure headset mic was exactly what I needed. I teach group fitness classes and it fits perfectly and works great. AV Now also has wonderful customer service. I wasn't able to enter my code for free shipping but I put it in the notes section. I was immediately emailed that they would honor the code for me. Great service!!”

“My customer service experience was AMAZING. I was unsure of which mic I needed and thought I had ordered the wrong one and tried to cancel. They not only emailed me, but they called me to talk me through choosing the right mic! So happy to have my own mic for one of my clubs who's mic is no longer able to keep up with my high cardio class's movement!”
