“The window came with the glass units uninstalled. The web site gave no indication of this. The top glass unit was cracked. Also, when I ordered the window I paid for the window's glass to be toughened, but only the lower pane was (according to the manifest).
At least they collected the unit(s) and gave me a full refund promptly.”
