“Originally bought some hair and was sent hand tied wefts instead of machine wefts, client had a special event and needed them in so we installed. Within 3 days the hair started unravelling . (No I didn’t cut the weft, and there was proper aftercare) . I reached out to babe and they sent me a gift card to cover the whole value of the hair. I was impressed with the customer service. HOWEVER , when I ordered the right ones after my last set unravelled, I was unaware that I would have a hefty customs fee of $145. The hair was only 499$ but because I added the free course, it brought the bill over $600. My post office said anything over $600 gets a charge.. babe did not let me know this was going to happen, and I could not order through my distributor because I had a gift card from a bad batch of hair. Don’t place an order from Canada and save yourself the hidden fee”
