“The quality of the hair seems nice but the color was completely wrong. I had to tone them before putting them in my clients hair. I chose the lightest coolest shade and it was very yellow. The tape/top of the weft also seems thicker than other brands I’ve used.”

“This isn’t 1st round with extensions. Carr has been easy and shedding is minimal. Hair is feels just like my own hair. I finish the K-tips could be smother at the attached area. No one can see it but I always seem to touch it. Perhaps that’s just because they are stil new and I’m not totally use to them yet. They are very comfortable, no pulling and does not bother me when I’m laying down/ sleeping.”

“I bought 2 colors of curly. a #27 and #8. The 27 was perfect! Curl were beautiful and hair felt amazing. The 8 was suppose to be same curl pattern. It was not it actuclly looked and felt like an over process perm. Also the color had a green tinge to it.”

“Didn’t receive my hair extensions. FedEx delivered them next-door. You had the wrong address. Don’t know why, and then my neighbor took them back to FedEx, and they sent them back to you. If you could help me with this problem, I would be superduper happy. Been waiting on these for a long time and just super frustrated.”

“I felt like the color was slightly off… again. The tapes for these weft extensions aren’t holding very well. But I’m glad the glue isn’t as intense as the regular tape in extensions.”

“Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from Babe again. The quality of these extensions does not reflect the price at all. They are extremely thin and feel like straw. My client has so much breakage and she has only had them for 2 weeks. The mustache and shedding is also insanely bad. I’m appalled for my client and at the quality of the extensions. We had to reorder the extensions after paying extra for overnight shipping and still didn’t receive them for almost 2 weeks. The woman on customer service was extremely unhelpful and rude. Their whole system seems completely disorganized as they didn’t even have it on record that I had requested a second order. Insisted they had sent multiple emails to me about an issue with my order and then contraindicated themselves when they told me the issue I had was handled by phone calls only. -10/10, save yourselves and your clients money and do not buy from this distributor.”
