“I ordered hair extensions that offered a free hot tools with purchase. I spent 4200$ on extensions for all of my clients, encouraging them to get their fresh hair with babe instead of aqua for the hot tools. I never received the hot tools for half the order even though the order without hot tools were received before the orders with hot tools. Customer service just kept quoting the wrong order numbers and saying the hot tools were only while supplies last, however the orders I received last were the only ones with the hot tools. The ones I ordered almost a week prior did not have them. Customer service was zero help.”

“I have always bought babe hair for the quality and the different styles of extensions.However, I am so super upset that the flat tips discontinued. those were my go to and quite a few clients of mine preferred them. Also I think the quality on the eye tips that I have been purchasing have been poor. They seem to tangle a lot easier and not stay smooth like they usually do.”

“I am a stylist that specializes in curly hair and since I realized there were curly hair extensions about a year ago I have been able to help clients and myself have longer thicker hair and keep their curls. The tape in curly were ok and blended well enough but I just did 3 heads within a week of the curly fusion and all 3 (myself as one) are completely dissatisfied. After a wash They are not nearly as good of a curl…practically straight with a light wave. I’ve gotten more curl about of straight extensions before. Very sad to have wasted so much time and money.”

“Extensions began to fall out at the seam during the first 24 hours. I contacted customer service (immediately) with a copy of my order (with multiple photos), and was told they could only speak to my stylist about the problem. I told them that my professional stylist is registered with their company, but I ordered the extensions directly. The customer service is almost as bad as the hair quality. I literally ran my hands through my hair and two plus fell in the floor at Ulta while shopping. I should not have strayed from my normal brand, but the “great sale” caught my eye. Huge mistake!”

“Although i love the extensions. Ive had problems with the tape. The companies it right and sent me bew tape. The price and shipping of products have become outragious. I think im more disappointed in that than anything else. I might look into other extensions brands.”
