“Extensions began to fall out at the seam during the first 24 hours. I contacted customer service (immediately) with a copy of my order (with multiple photos), and was told they could only speak to my stylist about the problem. I told them that my professional stylist is registered with their company, but I ordered the extensions directly. The customer service is almost as bad as the hair quality. I literally ran my hands through my hair and two plus fell in the floor at Ulta while shopping.
I should not have strayed from my normal brand, but the “great sale” caught my eye. Huge mistake!”
“Have not received my video for my certification, this is not free money for you all. Highly upset and disappointed it’s been about two weeks that I paid, not sure why it’s taking this long to receive a video through my email.”

“Although i love the extensions. Ive had problems with the tape. The companies it right and sent me bew tape. The price and shipping of products have become outragious. I think im more disappointed in that than anything else. I might look into other extensions brands.”

“The hair is great but the shipping times are misleading! We paid extra for 2 day shipping on a Wednesday night and they aren’t coming until Monday. My client is not happy. I tired to call on Friday at 5 eastern time and no one is there. So customer service is lacking.”

“The color you ordered did not match my swatch. I have ordered it forever and now they have changed the coloring of it. I ordered a new swatch ring hoping to have the most updated colors. But it did not match.
Also, the tape that came on all of my recently ordered Frankie tape ins was not good. I had to redo my whole clients head and put new replacement tape on each piece. I have used tape for years and I was really disappointed.”

“I ordered the wrong extensions. Which the website makes it really easy to do instead of exchanging them for what I needed. I had to do a return and buy what I wanted. I was out $40 for the entire transaction for a restocking fee. I had to pay to ship the Extentions back to you. I just feel like that’s poor customer service.”

“The new packaging is not my favorite. The adhesive that is holding the extension to the cardboard is awful. I had to cut 3 to 4 extensions shorter because he adhesive would not come off after being stuck to the back of the extension.”

“First time ever ordering from here! So the black was not black it was a black/brown. So that sucked! Spent so much money they are already knotted!!! I got the kera link! Well over 500 down the drain this sucks so bad! I will stick to Donna Bella from now on! Theirs never got tangled like these ones are first day on and it says they last for up to 4 months I tight I seen! I highly doubt that if their already tangled!!
