“I purchased some of these extensions at a hair show recently. I love the extensions and the quality of them but every time I try to go online and create an account to set it up I complete all of the steps needed and then when I go to sign in, it tells me that my password or my email is incorrect when I know it is not I have done the process several times and it is very hard to navigate the site or even get in at all my biggest thing is I’m trying to purchase education and I can’t even sign in to do so”

“I know that the quality of babe hair extensions is great. I used them for years. The last few years I’ve gone a different route. Last week I decided to try them again. As per babes policy clearly written for us all to see, I ordered Friday morning at 8:30am. I paid for two day shipping. Those extensions were to be shipped out Friday afternoon. I ordered well before the cut off. They should have arrived Tuesday. Babe did not ship these until Tuesday. It’s crazy to offer a service and charge for the service yet not fulfill said service. So here we are Wednesday they won’t be here until Thursday. I will be returning them before I even look at them, as they did not arrive in time. I am out the two day shipping fee and the shipping fee to return.”

“I always but my extensions from babe and I was upset when I couldn’t still use the 20% off and emailed a customer service rep and she sent me a one time 20% off but it was too late by the time I recieved her email back as I already made the purchase full price. It would have saved me a lot of money as I purchased 3 packs.”

“I have been wearing babe hair extensions for many years about 10 years to be exact and somehow the color Eva has changed. The last three orders of the Eva were broken and brittle at the ends after three washes. I think it is over processed or something going on. I was very disappointed and cannot use the color I love with this brand. The darker colors are awesome. I am talking about the tape ins. At first, I thought I got a bad batch and since I’ve been wearing them for a decade I thought nothing of it. Just a bad batch, but the last two orders were just as bad. They are brown strands with blonde strands. It is the blonde strands that become brittle and tangly. That has never happened in the past. I was very disappointed in this.”

“I switched from hairtalk tape ins to babes. While the quality of the hair is amazing, the tabs are awful. They DO NOT come out of the clients hair easily at all. It takes hours to removed them when they come back for their move ups. I never experienced this with any other brand, hairtalk or hotheads. Can someone please reach out and explain why this is such a problem? I am currently looking for another company only for this reason.”
