The quality of hair is great. I have been a loyal buyer since 2022. I have spent THOUSANDS with your company and I am a very small business. My package was lost and your company did NOTHING to help me but lie. And then I was told I should have bought shopping insurance . I’ve had the same method for years…. I order the extensions , I wait to get a shipping confirmation with tracking. Once I get a delivery date I set an appointment with my client for 2 -3 days after the estimated shipping date. I have been doing this for 4 years and have never had a problem. This time the package did not arrive and when I called customer service I was given a run around, they called fed ex and ASSURED my my package would be delivered today. I check the fed ex delivery tracking this morning and it’s still telling me there is no scheduled delivery date. I call fed ex myself and they are blaming BABE. No one will take accountability and I had to cancel my $600 appointment and explain to my client her extensions may be lost. At the end of the day if your company would have been kinder after all the years and money I’ve spent I would have stayed . But I am taking my business elsewhere

This is the 1st time I’ve used Babe and the quality of the hair seems good but it has been a nightmare with these extensions! My hairdresser put them in (a mix of blonde and brown) and before I even got out of the chair one had come out. We thought it was a fluke however when I got home I found another one on the floor. I waited about 36 hours then washed my hair and while drying it I lost a couple more. As I looked at the tabs I ended up having to remove atleast 15 because they weren’t sticking. I retabbed them myself and put them back in. (I’ve used hotheads for years so I know what to do and how to do it). Within a day they were splitting apart again. I removed them all, retabbed them all and went back to the salon where my hairdresser put them back in and so far I haven’t lost any and it’s been 5 days. I did just wash my hair last night and blew it dry but haven’t fixed it yet so I’m hoping they will still stick and not be a problem. All of the ones that were coming out were the brown. The blonde seemed to be sticking. I have a ton of thick hair and use 6 packs. I have now gone through most of my extra tabs that I was going to use when I move them up. Not to mention all the time off mine and my hairdressers schedule to deal with this issue! Over $700 spent on the hair and tabs and it was a huge disappointment!

I have used babe for years and never had a problem this time though every single piece needed to be replaced with a new tape I am hoping to hear from someone in the company

It’s still pending and I think I chose the wrong payment option as external invoice. I don’t know how I chose that and I can’t change it

Tape in glue was old or something, I'm a professional of 40 years and we were shocked that they were gone in 1 day. OUCH Certified with Bellami Extensions.

Extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing from Babe again. The quality of these extensions does not reflect the price at all. They are extremely thin and feel like straw. My client has so much breakage and she has only had them for 2 weeks. The mustache and shedding is also insanely bad. I’m appalled for my client and at the quality of the extensions. We had to reorder the extensions after paying extra for overnight shipping and still didn’t receive them for almost 2 weeks. The woman on customer service was extremely unhelpful and rude. Their whole system seems completely disorganized as they didn’t even have it on record that I had requested a second order. Insisted they had sent multiple emails to me about an issue with my order and then contraindicated themselves when they told me the issue I had was handled by phone calls only. -10/10, save yourselves and your clients money and do not buy from this distributor.

I ordered hair extensions that offered a free hot tools with purchase. I spent 4200$ on extensions for all of my clients, encouraging them to get their fresh hair with babe instead of aqua for the hot tools. I never received the hot tools for half the order even though the order without hot tools were received before the orders with hot tools. Customer service just kept quoting the wrong order numbers and saying the hot tools were only while supplies last, however the orders I received last were the only ones with the hot tools. The ones I ordered almost a week prior did not have them. Customer service was zero help.

Extensions began to fall out at the seam during the first 24 hours. I contacted customer service (immediately) with a copy of my order (with multiple photos), and was told they could only speak to my stylist about the problem. I told them that my professional stylist is registered with their company, but I ordered the extensions directly. The customer service is almost as bad as the hair quality. I literally ran my hands through my hair and two plus fell in the floor at Ulta while shopping. I should not have strayed from my normal brand, but the “great sale” caught my eye. Huge mistake!

I purchased 2 packs of hair for one of my clients and the tapes didn’t hold at all I had to change her hole head of extensions, and clean and retape the hair. This has never happened before.

I will never oder from you again this was tghe worst experience Ever, the card has charged twice for ine order, I had called to readjust the order and I have charged twice for one product ,my client is highly upset because now she doesn't have the funds for the install, I would give -10 stars if I could ,worst hairextentions experience ever, this needs to to be adjusted ASAP

I have used babe for over a decade! These new colors are too cold even the ones that don’t say “now cooler” are cooler like Caroline and I’m having to send them back. After a decade of using you I have to change companies bc not every blonde wants to have a cold base! So frustrating

I ordered 3paks 5B tape tabs and they came in 3 different colors. All said 5B on package. Uhhhhg

Haven't received my shipment yet, shipping is awful. We've been open and available with 4 staff members in view of the front door Friday-Monday and fedex's website says business closed and undeliverable. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER SHIPPER. FedEx is horrible!

I have purchased from this company for years. The last set of extensions that I purchased The hair quality is horrible. Very disappointed the hair is expensive and this last set of tape bins cost me almost $600 and the quality was so low that I already purchased from a different company and I’m going to take these out.
