“I have purchased from this company for years. The last set of extensions that I purchased The hair quality is horrible. Very disappointed the hair is expensive and this last set of tape bins cost me almost $600 and the quality was so low that I already purchased from a different company and I’m going to take these out.”

“I requested straight hair , the hair is straight the hair is sliding off after 3 days”

“I had to re-tape all of my hair extensions because the tape wouldn’t stick to the hair. Now after the extra expense taping them after washing them the first time they are sliding out after the first wash. I’ve usually always had good luck but this was awful. Don’t buy the 24” patsy!”

“I used to love these extensions. Have used them and them only for 7 years but the gram and thickness is not good. I used to use 3 1/2-4 packs for a full head and now I need 6. Even on the 22” ones which are supposed to be more grams. So thin and so not worth the money any more. I brought many people to this company and now I can longer recommend or spend this money to use on myself. It’s just not longer worth it and it makes me so sad.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the clip on hair extensions. I called right away to try to return or exchange but couldnt help. Said no returns or exchange because I had open the package. Hello that’s how I found out it was horrible, they look very cheap will NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service was also disappointing”
