“To be honest I have always loved this company, but the last couple of transactions and returns have been a nightmare. I currently have a return that I still don’t know if it’s been received and it’s over $500 that I will likely lose if it doesn’t surface. Very unhappy, and the customer service on the issue hasn’t helped.”
