Although i love the extensions. Ive had problems with the tape. The companies it right and sent me bew tape. The price and shipping of products have become outragious. I think im more disappointed in that than anything else. I might look into other extensions brands.

Very disappointed with the quality of the clip on hair extensions. I called right away to try to return or exchange but couldnt help. Said no returns or exchange because I had open the package. Hello that’s how I found out it was horrible, they look very cheap will NOT RECOMMEND!! Customer service was also disappointing

To be honest I have always loved this company, but the last couple of transactions and returns have been a nightmare. I currently have a return that I still don’t know if it’s been received and it’s over $500 that I will likely lose if it doesn’t surface. Very unhappy, and the customer service on the issue hasn’t helped.

The hair is great but the shipping times are misleading! We paid extra for 2 day shipping on a Wednesday night and they aren’t coming until Monday. My client is not happy. I tired to call on Friday at 5 eastern time and no one is there. So customer service is lacking.
