“Wry vibrant and pretty hair extensions that my stylist from Lilly James in Manistique mi got from you but the fusions did stay they broke off got them done on the 5th and I had 6 left today I never use sulfate shampoo or conditioner no pony tails did everything right let the stylist know and she said she put them back in which I won’t be doing”

“The color you ordered did not match my swatch. I have ordered it forever and now they have changed the coloring of it. I ordered a new swatch ring hoping to have the most updated colors. But it did not match.
Also, the tape that came on all of my recently ordered Frankie tape ins was not good. I had to redo my whole clients head and put new replacement tape on each piece. I have used tape for years and I was really disappointed.”

“Received two different colors of the same extensions.. (One old color and one of the updated color). It was extremely frustrating and I didn't have time to send it back and order a new one. I contacted customer service and they apologized. I requested an updated swatch and they did send me a new color ring at no charge. It was a nice gesture, but it still didn't take away from the inconvenience for me to re-color my client's extensions to match. I feel that they should have changed the packaging for the updated colors so that something like this wouldn't happen.”

“The hair is nice. I’m concerned as to why the hair only lasts 3-6 months with “proper care”. I can’t imagine having to spend $1000 every 3-6 months on all new hair. Also I’m bummed the hair only comes in 18.5 and 22.5. For all the long haired girls. We need 24” at least! Having more length options is a must. Also for the fun colors if you are going to have them in 18.5 you NEED to have them in 22.5! For the I-tip. Super disappointed in this. No clue how I would blend 18” I tips in 22.5” extensions if putting them underneath.”
