Received two different colors of the same extensions.. (One old color and one of the updated color). It was extremely frustrating and I didn't have time to send it back and order a new one. I contacted customer service and they apologized. I requested an updated swatch and they did send me a new color ring at no charge. It was a nice gesture, but it still didn't take away from the inconvenience for me to re-color my client's extensions to match. I feel that they should have changed the packaging for the updated colors so that something like this wouldn't happen.
