“This Under the Sea product is advertised as 35 x 75cm. The item I received is marked as 30 x 70cm on the packaging and doesn't fit the Moses Basket Mattress I have as it is too small. I brought this to the attention of customer of support on 1st of Feb and as of today 21st of Feb the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have emailed customer support 4 times requesting assistance to resolve this. I have only received 1 reply advising the correct sheets would be sent (that was 6 working days ago) but as of yet I haven't received anything. Really poor and disappointing service.”
