“The style of Toddler Tower I ordered was NOT the item I received. The tower received was an ‘A’ frame design, rather than with one straight side (as advertised). On contacting Baby Elegance Customer Service, I was told that there couldn’t have been a delivery error, because they only stock one type of Toddler Tower, and that I should construct it first. I did that, and sent them photos as proof that they had sent the wrong item.
Was then sheepishly told that the image on their website was wrong, and they would correct it immediately! I then had to de-construct, repack, return by courier, and wait almost three weeks for my money to be refunded.
Checked today and the website image STILL hasn’t been changed, so I expect they are getting lots of unhappy customers.”
