“I was very impressed with the customer service at Baby Elegance. I made a mistake when ordering and the wrong product arrived. When I contacted the team they sent the correct item out for delivery and arranged for the delivery driver to return the wrong item to the shop. They did this without charging me again for delivery. The service was very helpful and efficient.”
