“I requested a replacement shoulder strap pad for the Drift car seat and expected to receive the same as the original shoulder pad. What I received was a cheap generic part of inferior quality to the original. The pads are much harder than the original and the pointed edges are a hazard to my baby’s delicate skin and eyes. They also keep slipping down the straps so are pretty useless at protecting the neck. I would have found better should pads on Amazon. Very disappointing.”
