“I am almost 34 weeks pregnant and am starting to feel more fatigued and sore with certain activities, such as walking and running. The evenings are especially difficult, but I like going for a walk after dinner with my husband to help improve my digestion and prevent heartburn in the evening. We walked one lap around our neighborhood one night and I was so slow and sore. I put the belly band on for the second lap for the first time and I felt like a whole new woman! I was so much faster and felt so much lighter! I also went on my weekly 2 mile run 2 days ago with the band and was able to run faster than I did last week! Highly recommend, especially later in pregnancy to remain active!”
