“It’s a life saver! My nipples were sore and irritated and couldn’t breastfeed my new born. I used Elvie and I was able to pump milk to feed my baby.”

“The Elvie Stride has a slight learning curve, but it is a good hands-free pump option. It pumps as much as my Spectra 1. I like that it's only a few parts and the parts are easy to clean. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I didn't like that there is only a little room for error when putting the pieces together. Once, the parts didn't seal together well enough and milk got sucked back into the tubing, which has never happened with any of the other pumps I've used, even if I put it together poorly. Also, I don't like the measuring system on the Elvie app. The measurements aren't as flexible as they are on the What to Expect App, so only use the Elvie app to control the pump, not to keep track of the milk.”

“I was told originally by the lactation specialist that the Stride had shown reviews saying it didn’t have a good suction compared to some other machines. Having used the Medela Symphony at the hospital and then switching to my Elvie Stride exclusively I will say that it has just as good suction and I actually like the contour of the nipple shield of the Stride better than the traditional ones. It’s super easy to use, highly functional, has great suction. The app is amazing and tracks all of my information. I would definitely recommend the Stride.”
