“I am super pleased with the Kiinde twist pouches. I have the spectra s1 pump and the adapter piece fits perfect with the pouch. I like the screw cap as I know the bag is securely shut and won’t spill during my work/home commute. Only (minor) criticism is that I wish the bags were about 1-2 ounces bigger. Overall though, extremely pleased.”
