“i was sent the wrong bags. when i called back after receiving a text saying those were the bags i ordered i was greeted with attitude and was talked to like i was dumb. i am positive i clicked different bags because the bags i received don’t ever show on my end as an option. i have a prescription for 80 bags. i was sent 100 i asked if i was going to have to pay out of pocket since it was over what my prescription states and was yelled at about how tricares policy is 90 so to stop saying something different. i was being cut off constantly and was in turn getting upset and did talk over her at times. i was then told new bags would be sent out then i was told that a shipping label was being emailed and i needed to return the bags i received. i never recurved a shipping label. when i asked where it was and that i hadn’t gotten one o was told they sent the bags out with the shipping label and i needed to return the bags i have as soon as i got the new one. i have not received any new bags and don’t want anyone to think i’m withholding the ones i have when i’m waiting on this company to send me the shipping label that was talked about. i have purchased out of pocket this month my own bags and will most likely be purchasing out of pocket the rest of the time i need bags and supplies due to how rude customer service is. i also believe being texted by customer service instead of a return call or email in the manner i was texted was a bit unprofessional. my experience has definitely gone down hill from when i first started ordering from this company. you can’t even correct a spelling error in my name after asked to several times and that has caused my mail to be withheld in the past when i lived in an apartment complex.”
