“I knew my flanges were too small, so I ordered a smaller Maymom set which much to my agony caused great pain the one time I tried pumping with them. So a while longer I dealt with the too large flanges until I decided maybe it was just the Maymom brand and decided to order these smaller Spectra and am SO glad that I did. No pain or discomfort at all now that I have quality flanges in the correct size. I love the duckbill valves these come with so much more over the other style the maymom comes with. Definite recommend!!”
